You are the host; mingle and shine without worrying about the endive wilting. I will make sure you have all of the planning and support you need to make your private dinner or event a success and leave you looking like a star. You may want to cook for your own dinner party or hire one of our recommended private chefs or an entire culinary team to cook on site; or we can arrange for catering to drop off platters of prepared food. It’s all a matter of taste.

My years of working with fabulous caterers has taught me how to accommodate a wide variety of pallets: from adventurous to limited. I have deep expertise in anticipating what foods sophisticated people will gravitate to and what foods less epicurean people will shy from.

For your dinner party we will begin by developing a menu that may be themed, ethnic, vegan or fine European cuisine. Food matters and so does overall ambiance. Do you want to serve on fine heirloom china placed on crisp linens or serve on fully sustainable banana leaf plates placed on cedar plank place mats? I will help you include personalized details that reflect your home and your style so that you may surprise and delight your guests. We can also create a custom goodie bag so that the memories continue even when the evening is over.
